Running out of space in your indoor garden? Not a problem. Expand your indoor garden with trellis netting! Watch this short video to learn how: Expand Your Indoor Garden | Install Trellis Netting, Repot Cucumber Plants into Coco and Castings

In my case, as you can see, I’m running out of space. The thing I’m worried about the most right now is actually the cucumber plants all the way in the back.

To remedy this, I’m going to set up a 4×4 tray.

Next, I’m going to install 2 LED lights. I’m actually not too happy with the lighting I am using, that’s a story for another time, but I will be replacing these very soon. For a helpful guide to lighting, check out this video.

YOU NEED A BETTER GROW LIGHT

Now, I’ll repot the cucumbers.

Time to mix the nutrients. I HIGHLY suggest using the Masterblend 3-part fertilizer kit for best results. You can find it here.

It’s important to test the pH and nutrient strength. Find what you need to do that here.

Fertigation time, baby. Give those plants what they need!

From here, I’ll go ahead and install my trellis netting. If you need some, find it here

Then, I’ll set the plants correctly.

Annnddd our mission is complete! We’ve got our trellis net up. We’ve got our two plants hanging on the trellis netting. We’re going to train them to fill this area out as much as we possibly can. Once that’s done, we’ll put up a second net and have it fill that as well.

Hopefully we’ll have some big cucumbers just hanging out, for us to pick!

Eventually, I’ll probably hook these up to a drip irrigation so we don’t have to water them constantly. For now, I’ve set the pots close so I have easy access to them.

We’ll see what happens from here! Stay tuned.
